The building is a typical housing block of high standards which consists of five apartments (one each level), pilotis space at ground floor and parking spaces at basement level. The narrow facing site and the demand for one typical floor plan limited the opportunities for differentiations at the volumes and elevations of the building. Therefore, emphasis was given to the design of ergonomic plans and the detailing of construction elements.
