The residence is located at the foot of the hill overlooking the sea. The first thought was the outline of the building follows the contour lines of the site, aiming the integration in the Attic landscape. The back west-facing elevation that has a direct relation to the street, greeted by a shield of rotating electric blinds, which are the dominant element of the composition and ensuring the control of shading, but also of the view to the sea.

In the context of bioclimatic design except of the blinds and the διαμπερότητα openings, emphasis was placed on the spaces ventilation and mainly in relief of hot air through the stairwell that leads to a raised edge with controlled glazing upon the roof. The house extends over three levels and was planned for a four people family.
