The hotel of furnished apartments Oia’s Sunset lies around the longitudinal center of the traditional settlement of Oia, Santorini.
The aim of the synthesis was the best possible integration of the settlement, so as the whole to become a small neighborhood. For this purpose, was sought the division of the building stock in sizes according the buildings of the surroundings, and the integration of private and public areas of flats.
VIEW OF THE COMPLEX ALONG THE ROAD OF THE VILLAGE – SKETCH
A total of 15 apartments were constructed, single and double, that developed at two levels, while the immediate surroundings, a communal swimming pool was included, with outside sitting areas and levels. At the same site has been organised an outside bar, and reception area – reception, for the operating needs of the complex.
The hotel operates continuously since 1988 with great success.
